That is why we want to share an important change with you today: since 01.01.2025, Prof. Dr. Eberhard Schott has been our official Data Protection Officer under the GDPR. With his expertise and experience, he is the perfect choice to support us on all matters relating to data protection and data security.
Who Is Prof. Dr. Eberhard Schott?
Prof. Dr. Schott has been Professor of Business Information Systems, Marketing and Organization at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences since 2004. His academic career began with his studies and doctorate at Goethe University Frankfurt. His roles have included:
- Many years leading the data center at Aschaffenburg University
- Supervisory board positions at companies such as Syncwork AG and TakeASP AG
- Data Protection Officer at TH Aschaffenburg since 2018
In his private life, Prof. Dr. Schott lives in the Rhine-Main region and volunteers as a girls’ football coach at TSV Mainaschaff.
