oneVcard GmbH is committed to making its digital services accessible in line with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) and its implementing regulation (BFSGV).
This accessibility statement applies to the oneVcard app (iOS and Android) and the associated web application used to create, manage and share digital business cards.
Compliance status
The oneVcard app is developed and maintained to meet the requirements of the BFSG as well as the underlying requirements of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level A. To the best of our current knowledge, there are no known accessibility limitations.

This statement was prepared on 14 September 2026. The assessment was based on a self-assessment of the oneVcard app. We review and update the statement regularly.

Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response or do not receive a reply, you can contact the competent market surveillance authority. Compliance with the requirements of the BFSG is monitored by the Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF), based in Magdeburg (www.mlbf-barrierefrei.de).
In addition, consumers and recognised associations can turn to the conciliation body under the German Disability Equality Act (BGG) for out-of-court dispute resolution (www.schlichtungsstelle-bgg.de).
