The Outlook add-in automatically distributes signatures to all assigned employees, either individually or via an Azure group. It supports Outlook 365 for Windows, Mac, the web (OWA), and mobile. Outlook 2016/2019 on Windows is also supported.
A manual export option is available for other email clients. The add-in is not compatible with the classic legacy version of Outlook on Mac.
