Which systems does oneVcard support? ▼
oneVcard offers ready-made connections to common HR, ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Personio, BambooHR, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as automation platforms like Make.com and Zapier. If your system is missing, we connect it via the open API.
How does the HR connection work? ▼
As soon as an employee is created in your HR system, oneVcard automatically generates the matching digital business card in your corporate design. Changes and departures are applied automatically through the two-way sync.
Does the API work in both directions? ▼
Yes. Through the open REST API and webhooks, data flows in both directions, oneVcard reads from your systems and writes leads from the scanner and lead generation back into your CRM, for example.
Do I need developers to set it up? ▼
For common systems there are ready-made plugins and wizards, no coding required. For custom workflows the REST API with documentation is available, and our team is happy to support you with onboarding.
Is the connection GDPR-compliant? ▼
Yes. Your data is stored in ISO-27001-certified data centers in Falkenstein and Nuremberg. On request, we sign a data processing agreement (AVV). Sign-in is secure via single sign-on (SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect).
