• Single Sign-On (SSO) via Microsoft: All 150 employees can log in via the company's existing Microsoft account, which enables seamless authentication.

• Automatic Updates: Changes to contact details, e.g. the position, email or telephone number, are synchronized immediately, so that the digital business cards are always up to date.

"The decision was a major step towards automation and digitization. All data is synchronized directly from Microsoft Azure, which relieves us of manual administration," explains Claudia Fischer, who was responsible for the implementation of this project.

The implementation: Smooth introduction for 150 employees

The implementation went smoothly because Innovexa Solutions was already using Apple products throughout the company. The employees automatically received their digital business cards by email without having to take any action themselves. Users can log in via the company-wide "SingleSignOn". Another password that has to be managed is no longer required. The entire process – from adding new employees to providing and updating the business cards – takes place via the Azure interface of oneVcard.

"Thanks to the integration with Microsoft Azure, everything is done automatically. New business cards are created and are immediately available to employees. Changes are also applied immediately – we don't have to worry about anything anymore," Fischer continues.

After six months of using Apple Wallet for digital business cards, Innovexa Solutions was able to identify significant advantages:

• Increased efficiency: The entire process of creating and managing business cards is automated. The IT team no longer has to do any manual work, and employees receive their cards immediately on their iPhones.
